The first videography platform I wanted to explore is called Dartfish! So what is it?

Dartfish is a very extensive video analysis platform- with two different apps available. The first is called my Dartfish Express. With this app the user is able to upload video from their device and analyze it with slowmotion playback, drawing options and split screen comparisons.

The second app option is called myDartfish Note and is used for game tagging. It is focused toward defining actions and outcomes to create instant statistics. The user is then able to record events live and analyze  to identify tendencies or patterns.

Is this an app that could be used by secondary students in BC? What are the logistical concerns there? Have researchers found positive or negative benefits from using Dartfish in sport? Is the feedback its providing truly accurate? All things worth looking into!
